YOUR HOME
-
Your home for the duration of your stay is located in a private and secluded 12-acre estate in the idyllic East Sussex countryside
-
You can choose from a range of historic, unique and stylish rooms including a Grade II Listed Farmhouse, Eco-lodge Treehouses, Converted Barns and Shepherd Huts
-
The rooms are mostly en-suites with their own kitchens, or they have easy access to a kitchen and bathroom
-
The mini tribe have their own dedicated rooms too, with separate spaces to play, eat, change and sleep
-
All food is prepared and served on site for our mums, with a menu that is created around the needs of our mums. All dietary requirements will be catered for
-
The on site beauty room is ideal for all treatments
-
There’s also a number of private areas for specialised appointments
-
We have tried to cater to your every need so you’ll find all the baby equipment you need to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible
YOUR TRIBE
- Each retreat is planned with the mums in mind so you’ll find the sessions are relevant and the exercise appropriate to you. Where possible, we try to group together mums who are in a similar stage of motherhood, meaning you have lots of common ground
- We offer a limited number of spaces per retreat so we can remain flexible and we ensure a relaxed and intimate vibe
- You’ll be introduced to your fellow mums pre the retreat to give you a chance to get to know each other
- We also make every effort to introduce you to our expert community so you can arrange follow up appointments if necessary
YOUR MINI TRIBE
-
Our qualified nannies will care for your children during the day, with a separate listening service in the evening. You will be introduced to your personal nanny on arrival and your child will be cared for by that nanny for the duration of your stay
-
We have a number of different spaces, including a sensory tent, reading rooms and sleeping room. The children will also enjoy music classes and arts and crafts classes in the main house. Then, of course, they have the run of the main grounds and can often be found feeding the ducks or watching the peacocks put on a show
-
The schedule has been planned to allow you to spend as much (or as little) time with your child as you’d like. The nannies will be on hand to care for their every need (feeding, sleeping, changing etc) but you are of course welcome to take over whenever you’d like. We also run a number of classes that both parents and babies are welcome to join
EXERCISE CLASSES
-
Every retreat begins with an introductory class designed to prepare the body for exercise. Our Head Trainer and Physiotherapist will focus on technique with particular attention on the pelvic floor
-
From there we offer a number of different exercise classes to suit all tastes and needs. To date, we have enjoyed HIIT, circuit, bodybarre, pound fit, team games, pilates, yoga, meditation, dance and boxing
-
The schedule is purposefully packed full so you can join as many classes as you like
-
For anybody who requires special assistance, our Head Trainer is available throughout your stay for one-on-one sessions
SUPPORTING SESSIONS
-
We organise a number of workshops designed to answer the needs of every stage of motherhood
-
To date, we have enjoyed focused sessions on post partum mental health, home decluttering, weaning, fashion and style, beauty, life coach, kinesiology, nutrition, sleep coach, pelvic floor restoration, child behaviour, business coaching and social media
BEAUTY TREATMENTS
-
Each mum will enjoy one complimentary hour of beauty treatments, and you can choose from a full body massage, facial, manicure or pedicure. Additional treatments are subject to availability and will be at an additional cost.
